Driftwood Digital is a U.S.-based design studio. These terms cover your use of driftwooddigital.io and messages you send us through this site. If we both sign or otherwise agree to a separate project agreement, that agreement controls the client work it describes. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. The site and client work

The site explains our design work and gives you a way to ask about a project. Looking around the site, or sending a message, does not hire us and does not create a client relationship. Client work starts only when you and Driftwood Digital agree on what we will do, including the scope and the price. Until then, nothing on the site is an offer to perform a particular project.

2. No guarantee of specific business results

Our work is a professional design service. We do not guarantee a specific business result. That includes sales, leads, revenue, search rankings, audience size, or any other outcome from a website, design, or related service. We also do not guarantee that the site, or any work we do, will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. The contact form

The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and a message. Submitting the form sends those details to Driftwood Digital so we can reply. Send only information you are allowed to share. Do not use the form for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or to impersonate someone else. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

4. Email

You can also write to us at hello@driftwooddigital.io.

5. Site content

The text, images, layout, and other content on this site are owned by Driftwood Digital unless a page says otherwise. You may view them for your own information. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them for a commercial purpose without our written permission. Examples of client work shown on the site may include materials that belong to those clients. Those rights stay with their owners.

6. No misuse of the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse it. Misuse includes trying to damage, overload, or disrupt the site; trying to access the site, the contact form, or related systems without permission; probing or bypassing security; scraping the site in a way that degrades it; or using the site to send spam, malware, or other harmful or unlawful content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
